Chinese Investment In Overseas Commercial Properties Set To Reach New Record

Chinese investors have put $23.5 billion into overseas commercial real estate in the first eight months of the year, on track to surpass $25.7 billion in all of 2015, according to a recent report by DTZ/Cushman and Wakefield. The firm forecasts outbound real estate investment volume will increase by 37% this year compared with a year ago, reaching $35 billion.
